ISOFLEX 20-A103 BLK is a two-component, 12 pound free rise density, flexible, MDI integral skin polyurethane foam system.  Created for molding applications where superior flow characteristics and even density distributions are demanded, ISOFLEX 20-A103 is primarily used for outer-sole footwear applications.

 

ISOFLEX 493 is a high grade two-component, 5 pound free rise density, semi-flexible polyurethane foam system designed for molding applications where good flow characteristics and even density distributions are required. Its inherent slow initiation time makes it acceptable for hand mixing and pouring into molds or cavities.  ISOFLEX 493 has proven effective in taxidermy, automotive, theming and archery target applications.

 

ISOFLEX DD 12-94-4 is an innovative two-component, 6 pound free rise density, semi-flexible polyurethane foam system.  Designed for molding applications where good flow characteristics and even density distributions are important, ISOFLEX DD 12-94-4 eliminates void and blistering defects. Its inherent slow initiation time makes it acceptable for hand mixing and pouring into molds or cavities. It’s been effectively used in a variety of healthcare, marine and scenery applications.

 

ISOSORB 20-RH117 is a superior two-component, fast-reacting, machine mix, 21 pound free rise density, flexible polyurethane pour foam system. ISOSORB 20-RH117 is produced primarily for the inner-sole market.

 

ISOSORB 758-1 is a two-component, fast-reacting, machine mix, 12 pound free rise density, flexible polyurethane pour foam system. While it’s a proven performer in certain healthcare and automotive applications, it was created for a specific inner-sole market.

 

ISOFLEX DM 04-067-1 is a two-component, fast-reacting, machine mix, 10 pound free rise density, viscoelastic polyurethane pour foam system. It’s crafted in particular for the inner-sole market.

 

ISOFLEX SA121-2 BLK is a two-component, 2.7 pound free rise density, flexible, MDI polyurethane foam system.  It is designed for molding applications where good flow characteristics and even density distributions are desired and void and blister defects are minimized. SA121-2 was created primarily for automotive carpet underlay and sound deadening applications.
