Isopoxy 311 LVF (Low Viscosity Filler) is a two component 100% solids epoxy primer, with the unique characteristic of penetrating and sealing porous concrete. It is designed for applications where a high solids primer is needed over concrete or metal. Isopoxy 311 LVF is compatible with any of the basecoats and topcoats in the Isopoxy product line.
